Natura Gardens Delivery Policy
Delivery Fee​

Standard Delivery Fee: $13.00 per address (within our standard service area).

Free Delivery Promotions: In the case of free delivery promotions, one delivery attempt will be free. If more than one attempt is necessary the standard $13.00 fee will apply.

Extended Area Delivery: An additional fee applies for locations outside our standard zone. Please contact us for a quote.

Wedding & Event Delivery: A custom delivery quote will be provided in your event contract
Delivery Area
We're happy to offer delivery to Casper, Mills, Evansville, Bar Nunn, and Vista West. Living just outside these lines? Give us a quick call with your address before you order, and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Delivery Hours & Scheduling

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Pre-ordered arrangements will be delivered on the date specified on your order form. Please ensure this date works for your schedule.

While we strive to accommodate time-sensitive requests, we maintain a 48-hour delivery window. For a guaranteed specific delivery time, please call us before placing your order online to confirm availability.
The Delivery Process

To ensure a smooth delivery, you or the recipient may be contacted to schedule the delivery or to resolve any questions.

For deliveries to a workplace, if direct access to the recipient is not permitted, the arrangement will be left with a receptionist or in a designated secure area.

If the recipient will not be home, you may authorize us to leave the arrangement in a safe, alternate location. This requires direct confirmation via email or text message from you, specifying the exact safe spot. Without this confirmation, we cannot leave the delivery unattended.
Delivery Attempts & Redelivery

We will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful (e.g., recipient unavailable, conditions for leaving flowers are not adequate (freezing, possible theft, etc.) we will contact you to arrange a solution. This typically involves a third delivery for an additional fee or pickup from our studio.

Please note: We cannot provide refunds for failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability. Our perishable, made-to-order products incur irrevocable labor and material costs.

Holiday Delivery Information
​
During peak holiday seasons, we experience a high volume of orders. While we strive to deliver every gift on time, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times for holidays like Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
How It Works:

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

The earliest orders will receive delivery dates on the holiday itself.

As capacity fills, later orders will be scheduled for delivery on the days leading up to and following the holiday.

Our delivery window typically extends from four days before to four days after the holiday.
We strongly recommend placing your order well in advance to secure your preferred delivery date.

We do not deliver on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or Thanksgiving Day, please plan accordingly.

For the best chance of on-time delivery, please place your orders at least four days in advance.

Orders placed within 4 days of a holiday are not guaranteed for a specific delivery date.

Cancellations and refunds are not available for orders placed within this 4-daywindow.

If we are unable to deliver within 4 days of the holiday, we will happily provide one of the following:

A redelivery attempt.

A full store credit.
-
A full refund.
