- Customers picking up their arrangement must make an appointment prior to pick-up.
- Delivery of orders will be prioritized according to the order in which they are received. The orders placed first will be delivered on Valentines Day, once delivery capacity is reached for Valentines Day the next orders will be delivered on February 13 then on February 12. Two delivery attempts will be made for the scheduled delivery day. If recipient is unable to receive the arrangement it will then be delivered on Sunday and Monday, and a new arrangement will not be provided.
